Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Dr C Dental Clinic, owned by Dr Vasavi Reddy("we", "us"), collects through this website, drcdentalclinics.com, and through the phone number, WhatsApp number and email address published on it. It explains why we collect that information, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
We handle personal information in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and, as their provisions come into force, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
This policy covers the website and the contact channels above. It does not describe the clinical records created during your treatment at the clinic. Please ask us at the clinic about those.
1. The short version
- You can read this whole website without creating an account or telling us who you are.
- We collect your name, contact details and message only when you choose to contact us.
- We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how people find and use the website.
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Our Grievance Officer's details are in section 10.
2. What we collect and why
When you browse the website
Like most websites, ours receives technical information from your browser: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the website that sent you here, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to deliver and secure the website, to count visits and see which pages are useful, and to learn whether our Google advertisements lead people to contact us. This information comes to us through the service providers listed in section 4. We do not use it to identify you by name.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp
We receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to answer your question and to arrange your visit to the clinic. Messages sent on WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
When you send an enquiry form on this website
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, phone number and/or email address, the treatment you are interested in, a preferred date and time, and an optional message. With the form we also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source). We use this to reply to you and to understand which pages and advertisements bring enquiries.
3. Health information
Information about your physical health, medical history and treatment is sensitive personal data under Indian law. You do not have to share it through the website. If you choose to tell us about a dental problem, a medical condition or medicines you take, please share only what we need to reply to you.
When you send us health information, you consent to us using it to respond to you and to plan your care. We do not use health information for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (section 10). Withdrawal does not affect what we did before you withdrew, and we may not be able to help with your request without the information.
6. Where information is stored
Google and Cloudflare run their services on servers in many countries, so information collected through this website may be stored or processed outside India.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiries and messages: we keep these only for as long as we need them to respond, arrange your visit and follow up, and for any longer period the law requires. After that we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for no longer than 14 months. Reports that show only totals do not identify you.
8. How we protect information
Every page of this website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only clinic team members who need enquiry details can see them, and the service providers above run their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or update it;
- delete information we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop using information you gave with your consent, by withdrawing that consent;
- deal with a complaint about how we handled your information; and
- accept requests from a person you nominate, if you die or become unable to act for yourself.
Contact our Grievance Officer (section 10) to make a request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not give your information to someone else.
You can also limit tracking yourself:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; and
- turn off personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center.
10. Grievance Officer
Questions, requests and complaints about personal information can be sent to our Grievance Officer. We aim to resolve every grievance within one month of receiving it.

11. Children
We treat children at the clinic, but this website is meant for adults. If your child is under 18, please contact us yourself as their parent or guardian rather than letting them send us their details. If we learn that a child has sent us personal information without a parent or guardian, we will delete it.
