Terms of Use

Everything on this website is general information about dental health and about our clinic. Reading it, or sending us a message through it, does not make you our patient and is not a diagnosis. A dentist can advise you only after examining you. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

Do not use this website, our enquiry forms, email or WhatsApp in an emergency. For heavy bleeding, swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, a serious injury to the face or jaw, or any other emergency, call 108 or 112 or go to the nearest hospital. For an urgent dental problem during clinic hours, phone us on 096426 56568.

• Prices and cost ranges on this website are indicative. The cost of your treatment depends on your examination, your treatment plan and the materials chosen. The clinic confirms the cost with you before treatment starts.
• Any offer shown on the website applies only under the conditions stated with it, and only while it is shown.
• Payment in instalments (EMI) is subject to approval by the finance provider and to that provider's own terms.

Reviews, testimonials and patient stories on this website describe individual experiences. Your treatment and results may be different. You can read all of our public reviews on our Google Business Profile.

When you use the website, please do not:

• give false information, or send someone else's personal details without their permission;
• try to get into parts of the website or its systems that are not meant to be public;
• upload or send viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt the website or its security;
• pretend to be someone else, or pretend to act for the clinic; or
• use the website for anything unlawful.

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Dr C Dental Clinic or to the people who licensed them to us. Photographs of patients and of our team must not be copied or reused.

You may read, print and share pages of this website for your own non-commercial use. You may quote short passages if you name Dr C Dental Clinic and link to the page you quote. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

This website links to and displays services run by other companies, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Threads. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, including our opening hours, services and the dentists who practise here. Details can change, for example on public holidays. Please phone the clinic to confirm anything that matters to your visit. We may change, add to or remove parts of the website at any time.

We provide the website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage that comes from relying on general information on the website instead of advice from a dentist who has examined you, or from the website being unavailable or containing an error.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law, or any right you have as a consumer. The dental care you receive at the clinic is governed by the law that applies to that care, not by these website terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information collected through the website.

We may update these terms, for example when we add a new feature to the website. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the website is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@drcdentalclinics.com or by phone on 096426 56568. Complaints about personal information go to our Grievance Officer, listed in the Privacy Policy.
